The Cascades

The Cascades community in Estero Florida is an age-restricted community comprised of approximately 590 single family homes. With the Cascades being an age-restricted community, at least one member of the family must be 55 years of age or older. Quality of life is in abundance at the Cascades which features a 28,000 square foot clubhouse. There you can enjoy a media room, arts and crafts room, card rooms, computer room, ballroom, and fitness center complete with weights, cardio, and aerobic activities.
